'Sands of Time' is located on the 'no drive' section of the beach. This is the perfect little beach house for any family to enjoy as time passes by. The beach is a quick walk across the street, and the private pool in the back yard turns this home into the perfect getaway!
As you enter the foyer of 'Sands of Time' you'll have access to the pool, the garage, indoor laundry and half bath. The stairway will take you up to the 2nd floor where you'll find the living room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom, full bathroom, and balcony overlooking the pool. On the 3rd floor you'll walk into the loft area that can be used as a sitting area or extra sleeping quarters complete with a futon. The master bedroom is also on the 3rd floor. The Master also has a full attached bathroom, and a fabulous balcony with awesome ocean views.
